You may request cancellation before work begins by notifying us via email. If work has already started, the service will continue until the end of the current billing or trial period, and charges for completed or in-progress work are non-refundable.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If specific deliverables (such as a defined number of meetings) are clearly agreed upon in writing and we are unable to fully deliver them, a partial refund may be issued for the undelivered portion. If no specific deliverables are agreed upon, refunds are not guaranteed.
