LeadSystem360 provides outbound email systems, campaign setup, and lead generation services. Results may vary based on factors such as targeting, offer, market conditions, and client cooperation. Any estimates shared are performance expectations, not guarantees, unless specific deliverables (such as a defined number of meetings) are clearly mentioned in a written agreement.

Clients may request cancellation before work begins by notifying us via email. If work has already started, services will continue until the end of the current billing or trial period, and fees for completed or in-progress work are non-refundable. Delays caused by missing inputs or approvals from the client may affect timelines and outcomes.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If specific deliverables are explicitly agreed upon in a contract and we are unable to fully deliver them, a partial refund may be issued for the undelivered portion. If no deliverables are contractually promised, refunds are not guaranteed.
